We are happy to be able to offer venison processing services and take great pride in the packaging of your meat products. Only clean, boneless meat will be accepted. We do not accept ground meat. We require a 20lb. minimum for each product ordered.
Drop-off and Pick-up
Drop-off and pick-up times are limited to Saturdays 2:00-5:00 PM, and Sundays 12:00-2:00 PM, only in January.
Pricing Structure and Yield Examples
Sweet Sausage: 20 lbs. of your boneless venison + 6 lbs of fresh pork trimmings = 26 lbs x $3.50 = $91.00.
Kielbasa: 40 lbs. of your boneless venison + 12 lbs. fresh pork trimmings = 52 lbs. precooked and smoked weight. Your yield will be approximately 40 lbs. of the finished product. Weights vary due to the type of venison, moisture content, fresh or frozen, and other factors.
